Introduction

The Rotary Club of Youngstown was founded February 1, 1915 under the leadership of renowned Youngstown architect and first President, Charles F. Owsley.  Since it was chartered only 10 years after the first Rotary Club in Chicago, Youngstown is Number 137 of over 35,000 clubs worldwide!   For 105 years, our Club has operated with the Rotary International mantra of “Service Above Self.”
