Join the conversation about Protecting the Environment, Rotary International's most recent cause, on December 14th. To facilitate this conversation, Elsa Higby will be using a tool called Climate Fesk. It is a deck of 42 cards, each detailing a main idea from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The IPCC is a United Nations body that analyzes scientific data from think tanks and research institutions all over the world.
Your role as a participant will be to set aside 3 hours for the workshop, show up ready to engage collaboratively to find relationships between the cards and vision about how we as Rotarians can serve local solutions. There will be scientific concepts and data involved, but nothing that is too overwhelming.
This workshop will be capped at 8 people due to space constraints. It will be held at Cailor Fleming on 12/14 from 2 pm to 5 pm.
