Good Morning Rotarians,
This year, as a club, we have managed to embrace forward movement while staying connected and engaged in our growth process. But in the light of recent events I would like to hear from you all.
Please read the options below and respond to me with your choice. Voting will close Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 9:00am and results announced at the end of our regular meeting. The options are as follows:
Option 1: Go on hiatus for the month of December 2020
- We will stay connected via electronic communications
- Three Clatters
- Wednesday Updates
- Opportunities to earn attendance credit through webinar participation from RI
- We will have a socially responsible volunteer opportunity.
Option 2: Transition to Zoom for the month of December 2020
- The will closely resemble our April and May meeting structure.
- We will have a socially responsible volunteer opportunity.
Option 3: Continue with the Hybrid model
- We will continue to offer Zoom and in-person, but we will prepare for an alternative meeting location with box lunches. (in the event restaurants are closed)
- We will have a socially responsible volunteer opportunity.
